2014 – A Year of Brave

Consider it destiny, dharma, purpose, calling or kismet.  I call it passion.  The stuff that makes me tick, makes me joyful, fills my heart and makes my spirit soar.

What is it? It is equipping,  and watching others find their voice,  while creating, and offering opportunites  for them to be released.  I have done it for years, first  in the classroom setting when I taught in the public school system,  then in  different countries, prisons, rehab hospitals, churches, etc, with therapeutic art through my non profit, Dandelion Wishes Inc.    And now through the platform of the Live Brave blog.

This Live Brave, Not Broken movement is an organic work in progress.  It’s only 5 months new. It was started by a sermon,  I delivered on Mother’s Day this past year.

I am still learning the ins and outs of this thing called blogging, but I am more passionate about Living Brave and encouraging others to do so as well.  And this year, 2014, I have partnered with nine, (9)  other amazing writers, artists and poets who will come alongside me on this journey of encouraging others to Live Brave, while they themselves take a leap of brave.

Today, on the first day of the new year, I want to introduce you to them.  And then I invite you to join us this year to live your own Brave Journey right here with us.

So without further adieu, I give you the Live Brave Creative Team for 2014.
